About our methods

Meredith McCarthy has been working in the area of inspiring people for many years and uses a number of approaches to help people be at their best. As a clinical hypnotherapist has incorporated hypnosis, motivational interviewing, Neuro Linguistic programming, meditation and creative play approaches to her work. This is a client centred mind fitness system and has been a result of the work she has done with her clients and also workshops bringing this knowledge together to help assist you with tools that help you to create positive change. Meredith is currently the President of the New Zealand Association of Professional hypnotherapists. She has been running retreats for personal growth since 2007 and has been working in this field for over 17 years.
